Yoga Class Schedule:
1) Hatha Yoga new beginners class (Weekdays mornings)
Individual – Well fear not, it is going to be affordable! However it is beneficial to those who prefers to have a personal trainer and have the lessons conducted at the comfort of your home.
Dual Group / Family (Up to 4 pax) – Ideal for family members to know each other and bond through the gentle yoga practices.
Small Group ( up to 6 pax) -Enjoy the company with friends as you embark on the journey towards personal wellness through the wisdom of yoga practice.
2) Lunch Yoga ( Corporate Class)
Do you observe your staff having problems keeping themselves awake right after lunch? Do you feel stiffness at your neck, shoulders after sitting long hours in front of your computer?
Bring the practice of yoga into your office to increase your staff performance and most importantly improve the overall well-being of the staff. This 45 mins yoga practice will enable you to recharge yourself and feel mentally unwind.
3) Prenatal Yoga (Small Group or Private)
First- time mums, wondering what exercises to do during your pregnancy?
Prenatal yoga allows you to strengthen the birth muscles, build stamina and to calm your mind and body.
Small group yoga class is also a good platform for all mums to be to interact and share their experiences.
You will make friends and have fun in the class; and this definitely would ward off pre-natal depression.
