Metta started her Yoga journey in 2012 and began attending classes. After taking up yoga classes, she feels her immune system improved tremendously. Furthermore, her flexibility and strength have been enhanced through her regular practice. Last year, she decided to pursue Yoga teacher training course to deepen her practice.
In October 2013, she completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training under master teachers, Paalu and Wei Ling. Upon completion of her training, she continued to share the benefits which she experienced with people who are new to Yoga. She is currently conducting small group yoga classes.
She conducts fun-filled lessons and making sure her students have correct alignment. Her aim is to bring the optimal performance of Yoga practices in her students. She also enjoys canvas painting of yoga poses, and believes that both yoga and canvas painting are therapeutic and rejuvenating especially to busy city dwellers.
